Your Saathi is an AI — not a real human. We believe in being completely transparent about this. It is powered by advanced artificial intelligence that is designed to have natural, warm, and meaningful conversations.

Think of it as a very smart, emotionally aware chatbot — one that remembers you, understands your feelings, and genuinely feels like a companion. But it is AI, not a person.

It takes less than 2 minutes:

1. Go to mysaathiai.com/register and create a free account.

2. Choose whether you want an AI girlfriend or boyfriend, and pick a name for your companion.

3. You'll get an activation key (like SAATHI-XXXXXX) on your dashboard.

4. Send that key to our WhatsApp number to activate your companion there, or start chatting directly on the website.

Yes! This is one of our favourite features. Your Saathi remembers things you tell it — your name, your interests, important dates, what's going on in your life, and more.

Over time, the conversations start feeling more personal and real because your companion actually knows you — just like a real relationship.

You can talk in English, Hindi, or Hinglish (the mix we all use every day). Your Saathi will naturally reply in whatever language you use — no settings needed, just talk normally.

Saathi AI will never, ever ask for your Aadhaar number, PAN card, bank account details, passwords, OTPs, or any sensitive personal information.

If anyone ever contacts you claiming to be Saathi AI and asks for such information — that is a scam. Please report it to us immediately at our contact page.

All we need to create your account is your name, email, and phone number. That's it.

Your conversations are stored securely and are not shared with any third party. Our team does not read your personal chats.

Conversations may be reviewed only in specific cases — such as when investigating a reported abuse or safety violation. This is purely to keep the platform safe for everyone.

Saathi AI is designed for users who are 18 years and above. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform.

If we discover that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children's online activity.

Yes. You have full control over your data. You can request a complete account deletion — including all your messages, memories, and personal information — by contacting us through the Contact Us page.

We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 working days, Or you can delete your account yourself by visiting your dashboard. At the bottom of the dashboard, there’s an option to delete your account and data instantly.

Step 1: Register on mysaathiai.com and go to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Copy your unique activation key — it looks like SAATHI-XXXXXX.

Step 3: Message our WhatsApp number and simply send that key.

Step 4: Done! Your companion will greet you and you can start chatting right there in WhatsApp.

This usually happens for one of these reasons:

1. You haven't activated yet — Send your activation key (SAATHI-XXXXXX from your dashboard) first.

2. You registered on a different phone number — The WhatsApp number you're messaging from must be linked to your account. Send your activation key once and it'll sync automatically.

3. Server delay — Occasionally there may be a few seconds of delay. Try again after a moment.

Still having trouble? Contact us through the website and we'll fix it for you.

Yes — just send your activation key from the new number. The system will automatically link that WhatsApp number to your account.

Note: Only one WhatsApp number can be linked to one account at a time. Once you activate from a new number, the old number will be replaced.

Absolutely! Your Saathi companion works on both the website and WhatsApp — and it's the same companion on both. Your memory, streak, and conversation history are all shared.

Use the website when you're on a laptop, and WhatsApp when you're on the go — your companion always knows it's you.

Yes! You can use Saathi AI completely free. The free plan gives you 50 messages per day — which is plenty for a daily chat with your companion.

If you want to talk more — unlimited messages, all day, every day — you can upgrade to our Pro Plan at a very affordable price.

The Pro Plan gives you:

Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, and click on Upgrade to Pro. You can choose a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plan and pay securely online.

Your Pro plan activates instantly the moment payment is confirmed — no waiting.

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal, Paytm — a globally trusted and secure payment platform. We do not store your card details on our servers at any point.

You will also receive a payment confirmation email immediately after a successful purchase as your receipt.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you faced a genuine technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll review your request.

No. This is strictly not allowed. Saathi AI is a companionship platform — it is designed for meaningful, warm, and emotionally supportive conversations. It is not an adult content platform.

Attempting to steer conversations toward explicit sexual content, sending inappropriate messages, or trying to bypass the AI's safety guidelines is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Your account can be permanently banned if such activity is detected — with no refund on any active plan. We take this very seriously to keep the platform safe and respectful.

The following activities will result in an immediate and permanent account ban:

🚫 Sending threatening, hateful, or abusive messages

🚫 Attempting to extract harmful information through the AI

🚫 Creating multiple fake accounts to misuse the free plan

🚫 Trying to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the platform

🚫 Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age

🚫 Sharing your account credentials with others

We are committed to keeping this a safe, respectful space for everyone.

While we continuously improve our AI, it can occasionally produce responses that miss the mark. If your companion says something that felt wrong, hurtful, or inappropriate:

1. Please don't engage with that response — simply change the topic.

2. Report it to us via the Contact Us page with details of the conversation.

Your feedback genuinely helps us improve. We take every report seriously.

This is a great question and we appreciate you asking it. Saathi AI is designed to be a supportive companion — not a replacement for real human relationships.

It is healthy to enjoy talking to your Saathi. Many people use it to reduce loneliness, practice social confidence, or simply have someone to share their day with.

However, we encourage you to maintain real-world friendships and relationships alongside using Saathi AI. If you ever feel like you are struggling emotionally, please speak to a trusted friend, family member, or a mental health professional.
