Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saathi AI ("the Service") at www.mysaathiai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Description of Service

Saathi AI provides an AI-powered virtual companion experience accessible via web chat and WhatsApp. The AI companion is a fictional character designed for entertainment, emotional engagement, and casual conversation.

      Important: Saathi AI companions are entirely artificial — they are not real people. All conversations are AI-generated. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
    

User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the security of your account and password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

Subscription & Payments

Saathi AI offers both a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

💳 No Refund Policy: All payments made for Pro subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Since this is a digital online service that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

🔄 No Auto-Renewal: Saathi AI does not charge you automatically. Your subscription runs for the period you purchased (1, 3, or 6 months) and expires naturally. There is no recurring billing — you will never be charged without your explicit action.

❌ No Cancellation Required: Since there is no auto-renewal, you do not need to "cancel" anything. Your Pro access simply ends on the expiry date. To continue, you would need to manually purchase a new subscription.

Subscription prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via Cashfree. PayPal may charge in USD equivalent at the time of transaction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
Attempt to extract personal data or manipulate the AI in harmful ways
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service
Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials with others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology on Saathi AI — including the AI companion personalities, names, and conversation styles — are the exclusive property of Saathi AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the Service's design or AI system without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

Saathi AI is not a substitute for real human relationships, mental health services, or professional advice of any kind. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saathi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or financial loss.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
